We deliver a quality product at prices that are often under a third the cost of local competitors. Ookpik's low cost is due to high volume with low overhead and a desire to deliver a top of the line product at an affordable family based cost. In spite of the low margin of profit we offer a 50% refund within a period of four weeks on any defective product for any reason. All glasses are inspected by certified technicians for prescription accuracy and optical clarity and we do everything in our power to avoid mistakes. Since each pair of glasses are unique prescriptions all sales must be final. If you are dissatisfied with the glasses for any reason return them in the original container within 30 days along with your name and the order number. Please include a written explanation of why they are being returned so that we may learn from the mistake and improve our service. We will promptly credit 50% of the cost of the glasses back to your credit card. We remind everybody now to please read the instructions carefully, study the instructions and fill out the order forms carefully. While mistakes do happen on occasion thousands of our customers are satisfied with their quality new glasses and happy with their new found savings.
